Brief: We were hired to deliver the Buffalo Trace Roadshow.
The remit included setting up, staffing and execution of the event in eight locations across the UK.
We provided a four serve menu (created by us) including Buffalo Trace Old Fashioneds to be paired with BBQ’d pulled pork and jackfruit buns for over 3,000 guests.
