At Wet & Dry, we are committed to a policy of diversity and inclusion. As official sponsors of Equal Measures – the organisation dedicated to pioneering more equitable recruitment practices within the hospitality industry – we are aligned with the guiding principles of supporting marginalised groups and individuals, actively and consciously creating opportunities for those people who find themselves facing systemic disadvantages.

Hospitality Fight Club – our free weekly workout session – is an extension of this philosophy in action. Founded on the belief that coming together to get fit, let off steam, and generate feel-good endorphins would benefit the mental and physical wellbeing anyone working in hospitality, we issued an open call to anyone in the industry who wanted to join.

As a business, we continually interrogate all our practices to seek the most sustainable option.
