Always striving for people to have a warm and welcoming experience, Lottie has worked in the hospitality sector for almost 15 years. She enjoys fast-paced activities, be it on her roller- skates or shaking up cocktails for the masses. Her creative interest in making multidisciplinary art has informed her passion for cocktails, whether developing cocktail menus, sophisticated non-alcoholic cocktails or drinks styling.
